  • This day course teaches you how to breathe in a way that enhances your daily habits. You'll develop healthy routines that brighten your perspective on life, yourself, and others. As well as some easy to understand science.

    t’s such a powerful “health hack” but by pacing your breath at the right rate can be boring and difficult to concentrate on for long periods, and it can be hard to be certain you’re keeping to the right speed. That is… until you add music.

  • What do you want to change

    knwowing what you really want to change should be clear, how you relate to your friends, family, and the other people in your life changes everything, learning to be in a calm state helps you focus on what you want out of life.

  • Practice

    We combine everything to show you how changing your breathing can affect how you feel and relate to others. You'll learn how to stay on track and turn your new knowledge into a healthy habit.
