What do I do?

My goal is to assist and support you on your healing journey. With so much conflicting information out there, it can be difficult to know what's right or wrong. I'm here to clarify the fundamentals of nutrition and guide you towards a natural eating pattern, eliminating any confusion. By returning to the basics, everything becomes clearer, and that's what I'm here to help you understand.
